LARGE PROJECTS

Working with an existing 2-story brick house, featuring brick coin detailing and window arches, our challenge was to add an additional three car garage, while maintaining the existing proportion and scale.

Our solution creates a visual centerpiece in the limestone archway, which leads to an exterior covered courtyard. This transition softens the mass of the large three car garage, which also features a second floor bonus room.
