Our challenge was to update this 1940's summer cottage by adding a second bedroom, utility room, HVAC system, and to do it at a minimum cost. Our solution is a straight forward box addition that matches existing details, and minimizes first floor wall re-organization. All interior materials and fixtures are stock items.
