The Story
Client Remodeling Goals
Our client requested a one-of-a-kind custom home, designed to her wishes and built to last. While a spacious family home was important, her desire for energy efficiency and earth-friendly elements drove this design. One more request? This home should be not only great for family but also for her dog! Giving her family pet ample space to explore and the comforts of home became our mission.
Design Vision
The home was created with a spacious 2,836 square feet - 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, and a walk-out basement. We wanted to ensure the home was both comfortable and healthy; we installed energy-upgraded insulation, multi-zone heating, and a Superior Foundation Wall system. Inside, luxurious features include a large open space with walnut flooring and banquet seating, a custom 8' pocket door and a dog shower. And we didn't forget curb appeal; some of the exterior features include natural stone, pre-finished hardiplank siding, standing seam metal roof, and a screened porch with retractable screens.
