Lead Carpenter / Carpenter

Ideal candidate should have high ethical standards, commitment to quality and professionalism. Excellent finish carpentry skills, as well as extensive framing and remodeling skills required. Candidate should also exhibit problem-solving skills, and the ability to work with various personalities. Architect / Designer

Ideal candidate will have excellent verbal and graphic communication skills, and a clear grasp of "concept to detail" design process. Work will entail site documentation, as-built drawings, schematic and design development, as well as construction drawings and specifications. Minimum 5 year's experience in residential construction. Cadd proficiency required, Archicad preferred.
