Open Heart Surgery
Take a look at the guts of a house remodel. We expose every aspect of the remodeling experience by touring a project undergoing extensive surgery. You will see the entrails of a home, learn and understand our design build goals and solutions, gain knowledge of energy efficient building systems, and be given an opportunity to drill the doctor! We want you to fully comprehend the planning and preparation that goes into operating on your home. Scalpel please!
Enduring a Remodel
A stress free survival guide to your remodel. Your remodel should be a tranquil experience, and the result of flawless planning. We want to ensure you that the transformation of your home can be enjoyable and gratifying. Our design build survival strategy offers tips and tricks on adding value to your home, taking charge of your decisions, and removing any doubt you're having about remodeling.
Green Building Seminar
Providing you with the latest and greatest green building approach. Energy efficient fixes around your home are dollars and cents back in your pocket. We want to impart some of the quickest and simplest solutions to green up your home. Common home repairs, replacements and energy evils can be remedied by green building and will save you money. What's not to love about going green?
Open House Reception
An invitation only look at a finished home. Take an in depth glance at a completely transformed home. Several times a year, we invite a select few to tour a finished remodel, giving you the opportunity to engage with the homeowners and Forward Designers & Builder's team. The intimate gathering will answer all of your questions about our design build process.

Remodeling Tours
Twice a year we are featured on local home tours. We are proud to actively participate in two local remodeling tours. We highlight projects on NARI of Southeast Michigan's Tour of Remodeled Homes in the spring, as well as the Home Builders Association of Washtenaw County's Remodelers Home Tour in the fall. These tours are open to the public at the price of ticket admission, and give you a terrific outline of what we do. Please sign up to receive our newsletter if you are interested in attending.
