bring in the light

Our goal was to open the kitchen to the family room and bring in as much natural light as possible.

Our design build solution refines the circulation pattern by relocating the guest bath between the kitchen and the formal dining room. This allows the kitchen to push north and closer to the family room. The family room is now an extension of the kitchen, and takes full advantage of the enlarged window at the kitchen sink.

The result is an extended gathering and entertainment space - full of natural light.
