Our clients loved their home. They should, they built it in the early 70's and raised their family in it. As they enter the retirement stage of their lives, they decided to stay in the home, and remodel to fit their modern day needs. Their main objective with this remodel was to:

1. Enlarge the kitchen and relocate to an unused family room.

2. Open up the floor plan.

3. Create consistent details and features for a 'wow' factor throughout the main floor.
