Step 1: Research and Schematic Design with Budget
Our first step is to understand you, and then your home. We will continue the conversation and develop a program statement of your goals, priorities and tastes. We also complete a home analysis, as well as create "as-built" drawings of the area under design. Once we understand your objectives, and the space we are working with, we develop multiple design solutions and budgets for your review.
