Step 2: Project Development with Budget

Details, Details, Details. After the direction of design is set, our focus is to refine the Design and project budget. We do this by looking at various material choices, fixture selections and construction methods. We develop an "overview" selections board, a "room by room" scope of work document is developed and identifies selection allowances and design drawings showing the essence of the proposed construction.
