Step 3: Pre-Construction with Final Cost

Permit drawings, material and subcontractors are finalized. We finalize your selection decisions (actually take you shopping), building systems, and create final construction drawings. All of this information is then presented to you in a final construction contract and schedule. It is possible, and easy, to make all your decisions before your construction starts.
