Client Goals
We first worked with our clients for an interior remodeling project of their Ann Arbor Hills home. Later, they came back because they were ready to also update the exterior.
The homeowners never liked the exterior of their home, and really wanted to add curb appeal. They were not fans of how the existing brick looked, and wanted to go in a completely new direction.
Our Design Solution
Our team gave this home a complete exterior update that included a limestone wash that added the traditional character to the brick.
We also changed the siding to reflect a more american traditional feel. The final result gave these homeowners an exterior that they love seeing when they pull up the driveway!
Limestone Wash
We went with a limestone wash on the brick elements of the home to add a traditional character to the brick.
New Siding
Adding all new white siding transformed this home to reflect an american traditional exterior versus what was a chalet exterior.
