Client Remodeling Goals
The homeowners had a beautiful yard full of greenery, but desired an updated spot to enjoy the space and spending time outside together. They wanted to use the space for grilling, sitting outdoors together, and entertaining.
Design Vision
The screen porch addition features a full wall phantom screen. This is perfect for either effortlessly moving to the deck with the screen up, or protection from the elements and bugs when the screen is put down. The screen porch also features a built-in grill with granite counter space, and natural cedar ceiling. The spacious updated deck features built in benches.
