Living through a whole-home remodel is the part nobody enjoys. If you would rather not, we have three furnished homes, two a few miles from your project and one on a lake, reserved for the families we are building for. Your Project Consultant lines up the dates with your construction schedule, so you are settled before the first wall comes down.

HOW IT WORKS
Booked before demo day.
Tell your Project Consultant you would like a place to stay, and we hold the dates to match your schedule. Each home comes furnished and stocked, from linens to the kitchen, and we walk you through it before you move in. Ask your Project Consultant for current rates and availability. These homes are offered to Forward clients only.

Terra Knoll
Five miles to downtown Ann Arbor and four to Dexter. Two king bedrooms plus a bunk room, a stocked kitchen, a sunroom, patio dining with a grill, and a finished lower level with a second kitchen, pool table, and workout room. Pet-free.

SCIO TOWNSHIP · 3 BEDROOMS
Shady Oaks
About five miles to downtown Ann Arbor on a private one-acre yard with a patio, gas grill, and outdoor dining. Three bedrooms upstairs, an open kitchen and living room on the main floor, and a lower level with its own living space, full bath, and game area. Sleeps nine.

The Shores at Ambs Shore
A fully remodeled lake house in Jackson for the dusty weeks, about forty minutes from Ann Arbor. Private dock, three kayaks, a lakeside patio with a fire pit, and four bedrooms with three full baths. Sleeps eight.
